Historic Machinery Services provides complete one-stop boiler restoration and repair
services. We manufacture and machine boiler parts in house to insure quality code products. Although Historic Machinery is
not a holder of an R stamp, our boiler work is perfomed following the NBIC (National Board Inspection Code) for repairs and
the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) for welder qualification, new work and new designs. Complete turn-key boiler
survey's, including the on-site boiler component measuring and drawings, UT (Ultra Sonic Metal Thickness
measurements), and visual inspections are performed by Historic Machinery Services. Calculation and design
aspect usually done, or reviewed by an R and S stamp holder with which we have 30 years' association. This provides
an independent review of the boiler's condition by a third, neutral party. Whether repair is riveted or welded, or alterations
required, Historic Machinery has the experience, capacity and resources to perform not only tradional, but modern repair techniques.
